The Wilbur Curtis Gold Cup brewer is a single cup brewer which provides the ultimate opportunity to taste high quality coffee one cup at a time. This will allow us to brew a selection of 100% Hawaiian Coffees to create a new niche for those interested in Third Wave Coffee.
The Third Wave of Coffee refers to a movement wherein coffee is no longer just thought of as a commodity, but as an artisanal foodstuff, like wine. This involves every aspect from improving coffee growing, harvesting, processing, and stronger relationships between growers, traders, and roasters to uphold a higher quality standard in fresh roasting (AKA microroasting) and skilled brewing, making it very akin to microwbrew beer or high quality wines.
